Comfortable bed but many issues
The bed provided a restful night's sleep, a rare comfort amidst the chaos of our stay. The location was conveniently close to shopping and dining options.

Everything was good, appreciated my stay there. The staff were really helpful throughout my visit. Convenient and reasonably priced location, expressway was near the hotel. This property was in a fairly nice area. I came here for 3 nights and had a fine stay.

The convenience of stores and highway
The manager Sunny was rude to me, and the room smelled like piss, and mildew, it was dirty carpet. The icebox didn't work, but would've used It anyway cause It smelled bad, the phone didn't work, the tv only had a few channels that were very basic. The hotel didn't have elevators, you had to go up stairs, the ice machine was only on the first floor..... It was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Even for what I paid it still wasn't worth it..... I literally went out and bought; clorex bleach, Lysol wipes, gain fabric softener sheets, air wick air freshener, and scented beads. Oh and shower shoes to wear in the shower....

The refrigerator worked well despite the bothersome noise.
The room was in a separate building with an outdoor entrance, which I was not expecting. The check-in process was difficult through a tiny window. I faced issues with the television, which only worked intermittently and required personal streaming accounts to operate.

Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, waffle, muffin, toast.... Room was cleanish, hair in tub, old facility obvious but attempted refreshed painting
No eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no ham, no hot chocolate. Lots of road construction in area & traffic congestion was very bad.

I liked the second room we got on our last night there. It was on the first floor + handicap equipped and had soap and shampoo. That was good because my adult son who is disabled had a lot of trouble the first night climbing 3 flights of stairs. (No Elevator) The staff was nice. My son had lost an item that was dear to him and the maid had found it. The manager promptly returned it to me.
Upon check in the manager was kind of stressed out, not very friendly. (The next day he was in a better mood.) There was no Elevator and our room was on the third floor. The room was old, like stuck in the early1980's. The Motel 6 next door had been updated with decor from IKEA in comparison this one really looked bad! There were what looked like bullet holes in the wall, and when I saw this my heart sank and I thought to myself is this place even safe? There was no complimentary shampoo or soap. I was not given the code to get the free wi fi.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the outdoor pool, perfect for my granddaughter to splash around in. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave, convenient for our family's needs.
My kids wished for better access to the higher floors.

I loved the location. I mean it was ok for the money, but I would say its worth more like 45 a night. Just my opinion though.
The room was maybe under construction I wasn't sure, but it wasn't very clean and it just looked overall run down, like the whole place.

The cable in the room was bad, room was old and the customer service was bad. We will never stay there again.
